Our typical turnaround time is 24–48 hours per session. A session is one block of work, and the number of sessions required depends on several factors, including the type of request (creative or executional), the number of deliverables, and how clear and complete the information provided is.
No. Marent has no long-term commitment. You can use the service for as many months as you need, pause your subscription whenever you want, and come back whenever you’re ready.
You’ll always have a Creative Director and a Project Director overseeing your experience. You can speak with them whenever you need by booking a call with our team.
For each project, your Creative Director will assign the team member whose expertise and profile best match your specific needs.
You can submit as many requests as you need while your subscription is active.
To keep the workflow focused and efficient, we work on up to 2 requests simultaneously. Once one of them is completed, we’ll move on to the next request in your queue.
To pause your subscription, simply email us at hello@marent.studio at least 3 days before your next billing date.

Yes. You can use Marent for just one month with no long-term commitment.
Your subscription starts on the date you make your payment and runs for one full month. If you decide to pause while you have projects in progress, those projects will also be paused and can be resumed when you reactivate your subscription.
Design is a collaborative process, and we understand that it can take a few iterations at the beginning to fully understand your preferences, needs, and expectations.
It’s completely normal to have more rounds of feedback during the first few projects. As our team gets to know your brand and your style better, the process becomes more streamlined and iterations typically decrease.
